1. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel an order. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at –support@yazo.in as soon as possible. If the cancellation is processed before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Order Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may follow our return process after receiving the product.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yazo.in with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the item to us. Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred in the shipment.

  • Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 7-10 business for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the replacement item.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly accept returns or offer a replacement. Please contact us immediately at support@yazo.in with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will resolve the issue by providing you with a refund or sending a replacement at no additional cost to you.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized items or custom-made products
  • Intimate wear or products that come in direct contact with the skin
  • Gift cards
